A 17-year-old from Halton Hills faces charges after an incident at a house party in Milton on April 4. According to Halton police, the youth was denied entry to a large gathering of about 100 people on Oak Street around 10:30 p.m.

The teen allegedly threatened to spray the individual who turned him away with mace. Police were called to the scene, and after arresting the youth, a search revealed that he had a can of bear spray.

The teenager is charged with uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The charges have not yet been tested in court.
