A man is facing an impaired driving charge after a public tip prompted a Halton police response in Milton. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Santa Maria Boulevard and Derry Road around 8 p.m. on January 25, following a citizen report.
A man is facing an impaired driving charge after a public tip prompted a Halton police response in Milton. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Santa Maria Boulevard and Derry Road around 8 p.m. on January 25, following a citizen report. After investigating, police charged a 53-year-old man from St. Catharines with having a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mg or more within two hours. The charge is yet to be tested in court.
