Suspects Sought in Early-Morning Break-In
Halton police are searching for two suspects involved in a home invasion early Friday morning that resulted in a physical confrontation with the homeowner.
At approximately 4:05 a.m. on April 4, two individuals – one armed with a hammer – forced their way into a residence in the Wilson Drive and Joyce Boulevard area.
The suspects confronted the homeowner, demanding the keys to his vehicles. A brief struggle for control of the hammer followed before the suspects fled on foot.

Halton police are searching for two suspects involved in a home invasion early Friday morning that resulted in a physical confrontation with the homeowner.

The suspects confronted the homeowner, demanding the keys to his vehicles. A brief struggle for control of the hammer followed before the suspects fled on foot.
Fortunately, no injuries were sustained, and no property was stolen.
The suspects are described as male, wearing dark clothing and face masks.
Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is working to identify the suspects and any potential suspect vehicle. They are asking anyone with information, or any security or dashcam footage from the Wilson Drive and Joyce Boulevard area between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., to contact the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2416.
