As we age, new health concerns and issues often arise. To help navigate these challenges, the Prime Care Family Health Team is offering a series of drop-in sessions at the Milton Public Library’s Main Branch (1010 Main St.).
Led by a registered nurse, the program focuses on providing a supportive, personalized approach to aging. While the sessions will offer assessments, guidance, and resources, they do not include prescriptions or diagnoses.

Apr. 15 – Safety in Your Home
Apr. 22 – Are You Being Treated with Respect? (Elder Abuse)
Apr. 29 – Vision Health
May 6 – Stress: How It Affects You
May 13 – Oral Health
May 20 – Special Guest
May 27 – Gardening: Let’s Get Physical
The sessions will run from 10 a.m. to noon.
