This coming weekend, Milton residents are invited to contribute a little something extra at the rink.
To promote inclusivity in hockey, the Milton Menace and Milton Winterhawks are partnering with Their Opportunity to host an Indigenous Hockey Equipment Drive.
The Milton Menace and Milton Winterhawks will be collecting donations on October 18 and 19.

To promote inclusivity in hockey, the Milton Menace and Milton Winterhawks are partnering with Their Opportunity to host an Indigenous Hockey Equipment Drive.
You can drop off donations during the Menace’s game against the Oakville Blades on Friday, October 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Arena (77 Thompson Rd.), or at the Milton Sports Centre (605 Santa Maria Blvd.) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
Items being accepted include:
Helmets
Skates
Sticks
Gloves
Hockey pants
Shoulder, shin, and elbow pads
Hockey bags
Please note that for health reasons, we are not accepting sweaters, socks, jocks, or neck guards.
