Fabjan, along with Madden MacDougall and Luke Johnston, each recorded a goal and an assist to seal the series.
MacDougall continued his standout postseason, netting his league-leading 11th playoff goal. Meanwhile, goaltender Carter Bickle was instrumental in the win, making 28 saves—crucial on a night when the Menace managed just 15 shots on goal.
With Collingwood now in the rearview mirror, Milton prepares for a showdown with the Leamington Flyers in the West final. The Flyers eliminated Milton in the second round last season and boasted the OJHL’s stingiest defense this year, allowing the fewest goals against and recording the second-fewest penalty minutes.
The two teams split their four-game regular season series, each winning twice on home ice. The schedule is yet to be confirmed, but the series will kick off later this week in Leamington.
