Local talent will take center stage at the Milton Public Library’s Sherwood Branch on Tuesday, April 16, as it hosts a special exhibition celebrating the artistic expression of older adults.
The Seniors Visual Arts Exhibition will be officially unveiled at 11:30 a.m. at the branch located at 6355 Main Street. The exhibit marks the finale of the year-long Engaging Senior Artists initiative.

Supported by a $25,000 grant from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program, the initiative aimed to foster creativity and connection among older adults through collaborative art-making.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the artists, explore their creative processes, and hear the stories behind the works on display.
