Goal: $200,000 to Support Local Families in Need
Milton residents, it’s time to showcase your generosity once more!
The Salvation Army’s annual kettle campaign launches today (Nov. 21) and runs until Christmas Eve, aiming to spread holiday cheer and provide critical support for families in need.
This year’s goal is $200,000—$35,000 higher than 2023—reflecting the increasing demand on its food bank services. To help reach this target, six permanent donation sites and several pop-up locations across Milton are ready to accept contributions. Donations can be made via cash or conveniently through Tip Tap machines, offering preset amounts of $5, $10, or $20.

Volunteers are the backbone of the campaign, and over 800 two-hour shifts need to be filled. Whether you’re a returning volunteer or new to the cause, you can sign up and complete training at BookAKettle.com. Students seeking volunteer hours are welcome too!
“We are incredibly thankful for Milton’s continued support and are excited for another successful campaign, ensuring our community can come together to help those in need,” said Ruth Hickman, Director of the Milton Salvation Army/Khi Community.
Join the effort and make a difference this holiday season!
